About Adrian Tan

As the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Retail with Frasers Property Singapore, I currently oversee retail management services and operations. Formerly, I was Head of Investment for Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (FCAM), the Manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT), during which the AUM of FCT grew from SGD2.7 bil to SGD6.9 bil through a series of acquisitions and M&A. In addition to my five-year tenure at Frasers Property, I have over 12 years of experience in various investment and asset management roles in the real estate industry. Prior to that, I was based overseas as a Centre Director with Enterprise Singapore (formerly known as International Enterprise Singapore).
