As a manager in the office, I coordinate with the office staff to schedule calls for our plumbers, prepare proposals for work orders including pricing jobs and invoicing clients, order material and approve invoices from our suppliers, prepare bids for larger construction projects, visit our clients in the field to prepare estimates, monitor the progress of ongoing work, and communicate with our customers to keep them informed and pleased with their experience working with us.

As a foreman in the field, I am experienced in the installation of plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. Proficient in all aspects of plumbing construction from underslab to rough in and final. Familiar with the full range of materials, from cast iron (packed and poured lead joints and rubber Ty seals and no hub), PVC, PEX, copper (solder and propress), gas (threaded hard pipe, power pressed hard pipe, and corrugated stainless steel tubing), final/finish fixtures (lavatories, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, etc) .I have been responsible for leading a team of up to ten men in large construction projects ranging from single family homes to 60 unit apartment buildings. I handle everything from reading the blueprints and laying out floor plans, to ordering material, communicating with general contractors and other trades, delegating tasks to my team, training new team members, creating detailed punch lists, and installing plumbing systems from rough in to final, sometimes on multiple projects simultaneously. I have an eye for detail and take pride in the quality of my work and my team’s work, ensuring that projects proceed on schedule and on budget.
