As the AP Controller, I manage a team alongside the AP Manager.I assign roles and responsibilities of my Team according to the needs of the organisation as well as the individual capabilities of my team members. I delegate ad-hoc tasks and projects within the Team and ensure that we deliver quality.I handle internal and external audit matters and drive high control standards to ensure compliance. I actively push for process improvement to optimise efficiency in the AP function.I am a SuperUser for the Finance Team and handle ERP (IFS) system queries and troubleshooting. I work closely with the ERP and Supply Chain team to ensure continuous improvement to business processes.I have experience in System and Data migration projects, Process Automation projects as well as Workflow Implementation projects as part of my responsibilities.I am experienced in Power BI reporting. Working closely with the Business Process Manager, I create and maintain data reports for Management use, Forecasting and KPI monitering.Overall, I strive to constantly deepen my skillsets and abilities. I enjoy working with the various teams in the Organisation on new and exciting projects.

Accounts Payable, APAC Finance.I am the Invoicing Lead. I conduct onboarding training for new joiners and make decisions on invoicing responsibilities. I offer advice on invoice rectifications to both local and international colleagues. Together, my team processes beyond 33,000 invoices a year.I liase with both local and international vendors to constantly seek opportunities to improve invoicing efficiency via Invoice Consolidation and Process Automation I prepare bi-weekly management reports to keep stakeholders in the purchase-to-pay cycle updated and actively involved. I also prepare KPI reports for Management to track our team's progress and performance all year round.I was a key member of the ERP system migration team. I conducted process flow testing to ensure zero discruption to daily operations and business processes. I validated data migration from IFS 8 to IFS 10. I conduct internal audits of the current AP processes to ensure compliance and address gaps in the processes. I constantly review AP processes to look for improvements in efficiency and ensure that these processes remain robust.
