Merged IP into TODpix, a LA based start up developing a similar business that optimizes and enhances distribution of Movie content to Theaters.

Developed and Directed all aspects of Marketing that helped reestablish it as the #1 Brand of consumer fireworks in the US, balancing the "push" from the Distribution Channel (wholesalers, retailers) with the "pull" of the Brand from consumer end. First in introducing Web marketing, e-Commerce, Sports Sponsorships and Loyalty Club programs to this Industry.

Instrumental in turning around company performance in 4 yrs. and initiated and managed first Industry conversion from Analog advertising medium (film and slides) to Digital (video servers and digital projectors), resulting in successful sale of unit by holding company (AMC Entertainment).
