Full management of the commercial activity of the company towards a major mobile operator in Romania with a firm objective of growing the business and generating revenues according to yearly target budgets.

- Responsible for marketing and sales strategies, for analysis of the business opportunities and the discussions/negotiations with potential customers.- Management and coordination of marketing and sales team in their activities towards mobile operators in European region.- Coordination of deployment and implementation activities of Huawei’s complete UMTS solutions.- Responsible for analysis and strategies for future development as input for the R&D centers.

- Technical Coordinator of the design of complete GPRS Core Networks (the Reference Packet Core Network project) and their migration towards UMTS.- Leader of network design team for the Ericsson UMTS trial systems projects.- Project manager for network design project for the UMTS Network Integration and Verification lab.- Technical coordination of the development of GPRS (Ericsson’s first GPRS project) with special focus on (middleware, characteristics, dimensioning of GSN nodes, security, charging, Quality of Service, Session management and Mobility management aspects). - Leader of CPP & Applications Efficiency Group
