• Project Manage, Electronic Record for Intensive Care (eRIC) for St Vincent's Hospital Sydney ICU, Implementing NSW Health & SVHA project management methodologies including gathering and defining business requirements, ensuring strategic alignment, development of project charter, project plans, budgets, and schedules and benefits measurements. The role also included the management and support of human resource management, including planning resource requirements, monitoring project staff performance, and managing the project team and stakeholders.• Lead and liaised with SVHA IT procurement teams to ensure procurement requirements were met within the project timeline. The role included documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, detailed design, software coding and testing, through to software deployment and end user training through the range of outpatient services.
