Provide project oversight, budget management, and align technical needs, policy aspects, and donor expectations. Managed technical staff and coordinated with other NatCap research teams to deliver approaches and specialized tools that address a variety of decision contexts including: regional planning (Ecuador, China), natural capital accounting (India), PES (Latin America, Kenya), and impact assessment (Colombia).

Worked closely with partners at The Nature Conservancy (TNC) and the Latin American Water Funds Partnership to develop a standardized approach for prioritizing investments in soil and water conservation to meet multiple objectives. Led the development of the RIOS model, a program that allows users to evaluate ecosystem services in order to prioritize conservation investments in a way that maximizes basin- scale ecological outcomes. Acted as the interface between water funds managers, TNC, scientific experts and software engineers to develop an approach that is scientifically sound, technically feasible and useful in a variety of economic, political, and capacity contexts. Adapted the hydrologic and service models developed for RIOS to evaluate ecosystem service impacts and mitigation potential for new permitting licenses.
