About Adrian Vogl
I have over 13 years of professional experience leading and working with interdisciplinary collaborative teams – engaging leaders, donors, communities, researchers, and NGOs to show how incorporating the many values of nature can change how we target investments in development, land restoration, and conservation. My work bridges science, data, policy, and land use planning, and my projects have spanned the Andes and Amazon regions of Latin America as well as sub-Saharan Africa, S Asia, and the USA.I regularly work with partners and stakeholders in the public and private sectors to identify their conservation and development goals, uncover knowledge gaps, and then craft knowledge products and engagement strategies that arm these groups with the tools that they need. I cultivate diverse international partnerships, coordinate researchers and stakeholders from multiple countries and institutions, and integrate these inputs to create innovative data and research products that are timely, relevant, and tailored to a variety of audiences. I regularly raise funds to support research and capacity building (over $7M secured in the last 2 years), provide substantive input on strategic planning, set agendas for research and engagement, build and maintain partnerships, and build capacity both within my organization and among partner organizations.
