• Perform measurements and tests as requested via Test Orders and serial production requests;• Ensure that the test equipments have the correct fixtures, tools and devices;• Prepare basic programs for 3D measurement machine (CMM), tensile machines, roughness meter etc;• Register master samples;• Add the new production equipments in the data base and make the according labeling;• Escalation to the Laboratory Engineer in case of sever nonconformity and problems that needs a management decision;• Participate to internal or client 8D sessions, if the case;• Participate to the focused efforts on solving non conformity issues;• Assure the quality criteria is met;• Implements the 5S principles in the daily work;• Respects the 5S standard, monitors and corrects any non conformity from the 5S principles;• Provide coaching to other Laboratory Technicians or Measurement Setters, junior to his / her function;• Act as mentor for the integration period of new colleagues;• Ensure the compliance with legal and corporate guidelines (e. g. labor time, environment protection);• Take appropriate organizational and supervisory measures to comply with rules for safety, environmental protection, fire protection, security and health protection;• Follows the instructions and requirements of the direct superior;• Respects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the company;• Respects Internal Regulations and company's procedures;• Respects the internal regulations regarding work safety and the environmental policy of the company.
