When I played professional rugby league, I never wanted to let anyone down and that attitude has followed me into my business world and Bella Group Services follow those same values.

"Live to Give Projects" is a not for profit organisation that aim to provide a helping hand and support to people who are less fortunate. We strive to give people of not so fortunate situations, the opportunity to get back on the right path and rebuild some strength and motivation to achieve their goals.Since July 2010 we have completed the following projects: • Provided 200 disadvantaged children living in hostels, struggling farming and remote families with toiletry packs, clothes, shoes and school & sporting supplies • Provided 800 Christmas presents to children of a flooded community • Organised a BBQ for 800 flood victims in Brisbane. • Provided 200 children in remote Indigenous community with shoes so they could participate in sport and school excursions • Provided 200 school bags and stationery kits to a remote school to help implement a main stream schooling homework programme • Provided 2000 new reading books to a remote school • Filled a semi-trailer with sporting goods, school and day care supplies to help rebuild Bundaberg after the devastating 2013 floods • Provided 120 adult patients receiving treatment in hospital with beauty care kits • Raised 100 christmas presents and had Santa deliver on Christmas Eve to Mater Childrens and Gold Coast childrens ward to Children that would spend Christmas Day in hospital • $1200 donation to struggling QLD farmers drought appeal

Working with Matthew Thompson, Mike Rabbitt, Scott Sattler and Peter Psaltis as part of the CH9 QLD Cup commentary team. The QLD Cup is a 2nd tier competition to the NRL and has teams from Tweed Heads to Cairns with 12 teams in total. Tune into CH9 QLD from 2pm each Sunday.

- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with our current Key Accounts through proactive management.- Presenting on 'Financial Literacy'​ and the links with mental and physical health.- Provide oversight for Business Relationship Management outside of QLD.- Organise mine site visits for our advisors to talk to employees about not only superannuation but insurance,LSL and financial literacy as well.- Business Development to bring new companies under the 'Mine Wealth & wellbeing' umbrella and in doing so letting them experience the fact that we are way more than just a superannuation company.

Part time NRL commentator for ABC Grandstand, covering mainly Gold Coast Titans games. I also have commentated on the QLD Cup Grand Finals in 2009, 2010 and 2011 as well as the semi final series in 2011.

I currently write a weekly column for the QRL Website (www.qrl.com.au), called "The Bald Truth". The weekly column covers everything from my own personal experiences in rugby league, to the goings on in the league world from the grass roots to NRL and English Super League. I have always enjoyed writing and also the media side of things in general, be it television or radio and I hope to continue this well into the future.

Looked after the day to day running of the Rugby league Club. Duties included, sponsorship, events, game day organisation, player contracts and recruitment, website, junior development, marketing, player payments etc. Also started the "Pink Day Out" which in three years raised around $50k for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

I played semi professional and professional rugby league for 16 years which took me to 10 countries and numerous towns and cities around the world. My career included just under 300 first grade games and around 400 games in total. I learnt how to play the game of rugby league in the country towns of Cunnamulla and Charleville and I am forever thankful for that. I didn't make any QLD teams as a kid, with the first being State Of Origin and I never had any NRL offers when I left Charleville as a 17 year old, which proves hard work can help you achieve your dreams.- Gold Coast Seagulls 1990 - 94- North QLD Cowboys 1995-96- Castleford (3 stints)1997-2001/03/05- Leeds Rhinos 2002- Wakefield Trinity Wildcats 2002-2003- Toowoomba Clydesdales 2004 - Burleigh Bears 2005- I was also player coach of Wakefield in the UK Super League. My career also included - One State of Origin appearance for QLD in 1994 - FOG 81- Three World Cup games for Scotland in 2000 - One test match for Scotland 2001 against France - British 'Man of Steel' award for the UK Super League Player of the Year in 1999, the first Queenslander to do so and at the time only the second Australian recipient of the award.
