Adrian has over 25 years IT industry experience gained through a combination of operational and consulting roles. Prior to joining ISG in 2013, he worked for an alternative consulting organisation delivering application and infrastructure advisory engagements. Operationally, Adrian has been an Infrastructure Change and Problem Manager at a BSFI organisation and designed, developed and project managed software implementations for multiple organisations with a Service Provider where he fulfilled various roles across the Software Development Lifecycle.Adrian leads delivery teams and manages client engagements interfacing with client leadership being responsible for overall delivery and client satisfaction. Operating in both the private and public sectors within in EMEA, he is responsible for delivering multiple solutions across all IT towers which may include initial contracts assessments and benchmarking, sourcing strategy/advisory and design through to implementation/transactions and, if appropriate, transition, early life support and continual service improvement. Where appropriate he identifies business development opportunities and leads sales; coaches and mentors' colleagues and supports IP development and recruiting effort.
