I have been a chef for 31 years, and within the last 16 years I have worked as a Head Chef, my background is from 1-2 rosette and 1 Michelin star establishments. I believe that this has given me the foresight to design and implement dishes that reflects quality, and breeds’ referral. All of which has lead to several visits, and written features in large countywide magazines. I am known as a fast learner and enjoy new challenges and courses.
