Also developed process to leverage individual Back Order solutions to assure no repeat back orders. Developed Root Cause identification, collection and long-term resolution project launch process. Able to reduce this backorder subset by 40%.

Designed Bluco fixtures to produce frames. Managed schedules of two welders, who were shared resources, as well as the logistics of the material needed for the build. Secured tooling to complete build. Used Pro/Mechanica to optimize Beta Plus door shape by evaluating structural behavior /dynamics of material to reduce enclosure door weight and cost.
