I worked as a student demonstrator, primarily running tutorials but also helping with marking courseworks. This consisted of guiding students through a series of problem sheets, helping the students by answering any questions they may have and troubleshooting their work. The number of students in the tutorials ranged from 20 to 80 depending on the module.

UAV design on project PEREGRIN - lead of a small team of undergraduates for designing and manufacturing improvements to the PEREGRIN platform. Design improvements included improvements to the hybrid powertrain, new wings and a new boom.

The final project was the development of the PEREGRIN UAV - a 4 m wingspan uncrewed aerial vehicle capable of taking off and landing from the helicopter pad of a ship whilst carrying a 5 kg payload.
