Motivation is short lived and an outdated style of management unfortunately still used in business today.Throughout history the greatest leaders were those that inspired others to achieve greatness no matter the challenges that lay ahead. Great leadership matters. You see most individuals will document what they have achieved where I would like to document what I want to achieve. I want to leave a my legacy like some of the greatest leaders.I've had many successes over my career with a few successful SAP implementations, playing a key role in some fresh new startups but the most humbling for me being placed in a position of leadership.
