For over 20 years his career as CEO has been focused on the successful startup, profitable operation, and rapid expansion of recovery systems companies in regulated regions of North America (Canada, USA). With a strong and proven background in operations, global marketing & international business development, Adrian is well acquainted with the skills required to match the needs of government & industry stakeholders in a regulated environment. Prior to forming NNF Inc in 2010 Adrian was CEO of California operations for TOMRA ASA Inc (2002-2010) based in Los Angeles, a publicly traded global multinational corporation with 2500 employees and $1 billion in revenues focused on recovery system operations, CEO of NexCycle California (2000-2002) based in LA, a full service recovery systems operator for the retail grocery industry & reprocessor of recovered glass & post consumer plastics, founding CEO of Novapet Manufacturing (1996-2000) focused on reprocessing of post consumer plastics, & founding CEO of Divert NS Inc (1996-2000) a not-for-profit company that managed waste diversion policy & operations for the province of Nova Scotia. Prior to his career in the recovery systems business Adrian was Sr. VP International Marketing (1984-1996) for Devco Mining selling coal products out of Canada's east coast seaports to major steel mills & power utilities throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. Adrian has extensive international C level experience working with the marine shipping industry, seaport management, and global business development in Canada, USA, and Europe. Adrian is a graduate of Dalhousie University & holds a professional engineering degree (P.Eng) designation
