Throughout the whole year BEST organizes different activities where students of technology from member universities get the chance to complement their fields of study, discuss educational matters, learn and take their first steps into an international career, increase their international experience, set up contacts, improve their English skills. On BEST Course participants attend lectures given by the university's teaching staff or by experts from companies. At the end of the course students take an exam, which is designed to evaluate the participants' success.Me and my co-organizers will contribute to create BEST Course on Career Related Skills which, contains non-technological subjects that develop personal skills in topics linked with working methods, communication techniques, marketing, economics, project and organisation management and other such soft skills, stressing practical work.

Me and Michał Ptaszek, with gathered experience of past projects organized in BEST association and after market analyze, we took upon ours self to star a new project and become Main Organizers THE NEW SOLUTION. With the help of skilled students, friends and the support of the XXV Board of BEST LODZ. Our Core Team which consists of 10 members, we started work at the beginning of July 2022 and we are planning to finalize this project on 18th-19th of April 2023. This project has a purpose of giving students a unique opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge while working in teams on real engineering problems. We focus on interdisciplinary tasks that allow students of all majors to participate.Local companies, the rector of the Lodz University of Technology, Młodzi w Łodzi support us with organization of the project.

As a Coordinator of Promotion for IT Event "Meet IT 2022" I was in charge of promotion this project promotion among students. Me main focused was managing and creating content on our social media and directly promoting this event. This project helped me further develop my graphic designee skills.Previous editions were organized in the form of a hackathon – a 24-hour programming marathon. The new formula of Meet IT allows participants to take part in short and attractive lectures. They are run by representatives of leading IT companies or freelancers, as well as enthusiasts of diverse and modern IT topics. This will give students the right conditions for acquiring new knowledge and establishing a network of valuable contacts. For companies and start-ups this is an opportunity to showcase their businesses at the university and present themselves as professional and interesting employers.I would like to thank the company's that supports us in organization of this project. Coordinator of Promotion and Graphic Design for Engineering Competition "EBEC Łódź 2022". I was in charge of promotion this project promotion among students. Me main focused was managing and creating content on our social media and directly promoting this event. I was part of a local Core Team with organized this project but also I was a part of Core Team which involved students form other Polish Local Best Groups. European BEST Engineering Competition is an international event taking place in 5 cities in Poland and over 30 countries across Europe. It is a competition aimed at students of technical universities, in which general engineering knowledge, creativity and innovative thinking counts. Students started they journey on a emulation test and local final in Lodz, after they faced the local final they competed in the national final in Cracow. Finally they attended the international final in Zagreb, Croatia.Special thanks to TME, LIMUR, VEOLIA, EC1, PRIMAVERA, SANDWICH SHOP, MŁODZI W ŁODZI, TVP3, STUDENT.PL AND DLA STUDENTA.PL RADIO ŻAK, UNIVERISTY OF TECHNOLOGY IN LODZ, for supporting us with organization of this project. As Coordinator of Fund Resign for Graphic Design Event "Enter Design" me main focus was find companies, who’s where interesting in taking a active part at our project as a lecturer. I was in charge of crating a offer and presenting them to companies, creating financial contracts, representing BEST LODZ and supporting companies with information. I was also one of lecturers during the projects as my previous experiences and courses allowed me to share my knowledge on Computer-aided design.Special thanks to GROMAR, CADEMIA.PL, HITACHI ENERGY for supporting us in organization of this event. Enter Design is one of the newest projects organized by our Association. The first edition took place in March 2020. It is an event aimed at introducing interested students to the world of computer graphics. During the event, a number of trainings take place that in a practical way show participants the basics of composition, graphic aesthetics and the necessary tools used when creating all kinds of content. Students also receive a certificate confirming the training they have completed and the knowledge gained on it. Enter Design develops artistic passions in participants, which they can then use in practice.
