• Create a work plan for the FTTH installation project, including schedule, resource allocation, and budget.• Ensure project implementation is in accordance with established technical specifications and quality standards.• Supervise the field technician team in installing the FTTH network, including excavation, cable pulling, and device installation.• Ensure work safety at the project site in accordance with K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) procedures.• Conduct regular meetings to report project progress to management.• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues that arise during the installation process.• Prepare daily, weekly, and final project reports regarding work status, material usage, and final results.

• Plan and coordinate all activities of the PLN Icon Plus FTTH project, from the planning stage to completion.• Ensure that all project work runs according to schedule, budget, and established technical specifications.• Provide direction and technical support to team members to ensure efficiency and quality of work.• Monitor project progress regularly, identify risks, and take corrective action if necessary.• Ensure that all occupational safety (K3) procedures are followed by the entire team in the field.• Prepare periodic project progress reports to be reported to management• Prepare daily, weekly, and final project reports related to work status, material usage, and final results.

-Understand about FTTH (Fiber To The Home) lines or internet networks-Responsible for the activation of the internet network that goes to the customer-Monitoring the progress of partners' daily work whether it is running or not-Doing the construction of a new network that does not yet have internet access

• Conduct inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment in the factory. • Ensure all electrical systems and equipment are functioning optimally and in accordance with safety standards.• Read and understand PLC electrical diagrams for installation and repair.• Ensure all electrical work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures (K3).• Prepare daily work reports and technical documentation related to maintenance and repair.
