Working with the public and people in general is a joy for me. I’ve always had a gift for selling things, whatever they may be; but the true joy in a job for me comes when I am able to direct a guest to the product that is clearly the right one for them. With more than fifteen years of retail experience, more than five of those being management, I know how to talk with people to get them where they need to go, be that guests on the sales floor or making schedules and action plans for employees. I’m made to interact with people, and I adore being able to make others happy!

These services include setting up in-home/in-office remote setups, discussing Device Management Services, as well as selling repair services in-store. I find and suggest proper equipment for an office, and determine the needs of the guest through use of the ARC-3 sales model, as well. I work with guests in all walks of life to find the best product to meet their needs, and ensure a memorable retail experience.
