SCCH Le Bled – Coopérative Sociale d’HabitantsFondée en 2015, La coopérative sociale d’habitants Le Bled propose un modèle de coopérative alternatif, pour répondre aux défis actuels du logement dans les régions urbaines :- difficultés à disposer d’un logement adapté et à un prix abordable dans un contexte de pénurie de logement et de spéculations immobilière,- nouveaux modes de vie et formes de ménage- projets résidentiels n’intégrant souvent pas d’autres usages, comme des espaces à usage collectif, etrojets ne tenant pas compte des besoins et aspirations des habitants qui y logeront, y compris dans le cadre des coopératives tradtionnelles d’habitation.Le modèle de coopérative proposé par le Bled met un accent particulier sur l’implication des habitants. Qu’ils soient futurs locataires ou propriétaires, habitants de logements ou usagers de surfaces d’activité, ils inventent ensemble le programme des locaux et les règles de vie communes. Ils suivent tout le processus du projet et de sa réalisation. La participation se poursuit ensuite avec les habitants pour animer le voisinage.Ainsi, dès qu’un terrain constructible lui est octroyé, une section (entité de voisinage) est créée par les membres du Bled qui souhaitent s’engager dans ce projet de construction.Le Bled réalise des logements abordables pour tous les habitants. La coopérative garantit le principe du prix coûtant, excluant toute spéculation. Elle cherche à réaliser ses projets sur des terrains dont la charge pour les habitants reste supportable. Les projets du Bled se fondent sur les principes de durabilité, de proximité, de mixité sociale, de solidarité et de convivialité.Toute personne adhérant à la philosophie et aux projets du Bled peut devenir membre, que ce soit pour soutenir les idéaux de la coopérative ou pour pouvoir intégrer une section.Le Bled est membre de l’Association romande des maîtres d’ouvrage d’utilité publique (ARMOUP),et de l'Association Ecoquartier (http://ecoquartier.ch)
