Leading the development of Tech Leadership Day as part of my role as Chairman Peak Product AG.

As Chairman of Peak Product, I led the organization through a successful carve-out from the parent company. Capitalizing on this momentum, we successfully diversified into new business lines—a strategic shift that proved invaluable, especially during the challenging times of the COVID era, given our previous focus on conferences.

With worldwide executive summits and pm nights, PMF brings the digital world together. The cooperation with INSEAD on the Product Management Executive Program helps us to prepare PM seniors for top management and board roles.

As the Chairman and principal owner at SwissQ, I have had the privilege of spearheading the organization through a transformative period of growth, leading to a team of 120 experts. This journey was highlighted by the successful execution of an M&A process. In 2022, SwissQ seamlessly integrated into the digital powerhouse Xebia, a global leader with 6,000 experts in Data, AI, Cloud, and Software Development, boasting a strong worldwide presence.Following the successful integration, I had the opportunity to orchestrate a successful exit.

As Co-Founder and CEO of SwissQ, I've had the privilege of leading our organization's growth from 1 - 80 employees at the forefront of the tech sector, focusing on being the number 1 in each market segment. With a strong focus on culture and leadership, SwissQ has also excelled in innovation and KPIs related to revenue and profit.Key Achievements:1. Industry Leadership: Together with a dedicated team, we've worked tirelessly to position SwissQ as the number one in Agile Organizations, Product Engineering and Software Testing, emphasizing values such as excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.2. Responsible for managing and staffing the board with representatives from organizations such as UBS, Julius Bär, Raiffeisen, Zürcher Kantonalbank, Swisscom, Sunrise, Allianz, AXA, Baloise, Mobiliar, Zurich Insurance, Roche, Novartis, Migros, Belimo, Bühler, DormaKaba, Siemens, and Implenia. Developed and executed strategy, managed full P&L, stakeholder management and oversaw execution.Key Achievements:1. Built No.1 platform: for experience exchange on business transformation across Europe and the US. 1,000 attendees on C- and management-level.2. Connecting leaders: across industries and geographies. The (often) informal exchange helped leaders to ask questions to peers they normally would not. The platform helped C- and management-level to reduce their fear of large transformations and gain confidence in taking major decisions.3. Digital Transformation for Boards: Running training programs for boards to understand digital transformation and how to respond at the board level in terms of strategy, structure, culture, and people. Reaching from stock-listed companies to mid-sized organizations.

Chairman of the board of Agile Leadership Day, the leading European conference on leadership and management in agile organizations and agile software development.Responsible for managing and staffing the board with representatives from organizations such as UBS, Julius Bär, PostFinance, Raiffeisen, Vontobel, Zürcher Kantonalbank, Swisscom, Sunrise, Allianz, AXA, Baloise, Mobiliar, Zurich Insurance, Migros, DormaKaba, Siemens, Sonova.Developed and executed strategy, managed full P&L, stakeholder management, and oversaw execution.Key Achievements:1. Built No.1 platform: for experience exchange on Agile. What started in 2013 as a small 150-people gathering, ended as one of the largest conferences with many CEO, CHRO, and CTO speakers and attendees.2. Connecting leaders: across industries and geographies. The (often) informal exchange helped leaders to bond with peers, gain confidence, and change their way of working, processes, structures, and leadership approach.3. Differentiate Hype from Myth: by reducing the noise and religiosity around Agile and bringing it back to how it can really help organizations get better, faster, and more customer-driven. This allowed for C-level acceptance and moving from operational to strategic agility.
