Responsable de la celebración, renovación y seguimiento de los contratos con grupos aeroportuarios, clientes y proveedores; atención, administración y renovación de permisos otorgados por autoridades aeroportuarias, aduaneras y aeronáuticas; negociación, elaboración y revisión de todo tipo de contratos (incluyendo SGHA's); coordinación de asesores externos para la atención de diversos litigios, etc.

Head of the Legal Department, in charge of providing legal advisory services to the internal areas of the company (head office and national branches as well). Negotiation, drafting and review of all sort of agreements such as: logistics, warehouse and transportation services (core businesses of the company), leases, NDA's, provision of general and specialized services (REPSE), etc.(SPA/ENG).Teamwork and coordination with external law firm for the attention and follow up of litigations, related mainly to receivables accounts. Creation, management and constant update of the legal repository, in both, physical and digital version.

Founder and Head of the Legal Department, as of the shareholders and management change of the company. Attention and follow up to all the legal requests made by the areas of the company (Operations, Commercial, HR, Maintenance, IT, Procurement, General Management, etc.), clients and suppliers. Negotiation, drafting and review of several agreements such as: performance of services, IT, purchase and sale, lease, loan, training, technical maintenance, outsourcing, airport services, confidentiality, LOI's, etc.(SPA/ENG). Aircraft incorporation to the fleet of the company, establishment of subsidiaries overseas and permits obtainment to perform scheduled and non-scheduled operations (charter flights) to Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Germany, Chile, Costa Rica and Guatemala (4th and 5th air freedom rights granted). Attention to and management of official requirements, visits and audits made by several authorities (Federal Civil Aviation Agency, National Institute of Migration, Mexico City International Airport, General Customs, etc.). Negotiation and settlement of labor, commercial and administrative lawsuits. Teamwork, management of and coordination with national and international external law firms. Creation, management and constant update of the legal repository, in both, physical and digital version (Concord software), preparation and control of the annual budget, reports and database elaboration, pursuant to the requirements of the CEO.

Drafting and review of public deeds, by-laws, shareholders meetings, board resolutions, proxy letters, purchase and lease agreements (SPA-ENG); due diligence procedures and corporate secretary audits and updates.

Direct legal support to foreing air carriers, performing as permit holders, regarding regulatory issues including the review, analysis, construction and compliance of nacional and international applicable regulation (SPA/ENG). Preparation and attention of several formalities and official requirements before DGAC, INAMI, SENEAM, SAT, Notaries, etc.Auditing attention and other corporate law topics, such as agreements, powers of attorney, shareholders meetings, etc.

Head of the Legal Department, in charge of providing efficient management regarding the relevant advisory services in order to reduce/eliminate any legal or contractual risk, due to the main course of activities of the company (financial services). Negotiation, drafting, follow up and coordination of agreements, legal processes and other related documents. Attention to audits and requirements made by several governmental authorities, including CONDUSEF.

Negotiation, drafting and review of contracts related to purchase, import and export of aircraft and yachts (new and preowned), trust, loan, pledge and other guarantee agreements, NDA's, LOI's and commercial mediation, etc. (SPA/ENG).

Negotiation, drafting and review of different kind of agreements such as: sale, lease (operating and finance lease - incorporation of aircraft), loan, outsourcing, transportation, trust, software, training, accommodation, NDA's, provision of services, etc.(SPA/ENG).Provision of legal advisory services to the internal areas of the company, clients and suppliers, management of external law firms, attention and follow up to litigations, audits and requirements made by the relevant authorities: DGAC, IATA, CANAERO, PROFECO, Courts and Notaries.

Design and structure of the annual course, examinations and coordination of several groups.

Negotiation, drafting and review of sale, lease, joint venture and loan agreements (SPA/ENG); preparation and review of deeds, by-laws, shareholders meetings, board resolutions, powers of attorney (SPA/ENG); trademarks, logos and slogans applications; corporate (secretary) updates and formal appearances before the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INAMI and Notaries.

Drafting and review of loan student agreements and promissory notes; files tracking and attention to students.

Drafting and review of public deeds, by-laws, agreements and proxy letters.
