I realized that despite all of my success and achievements I did not feel I was good enough.I knew that in order to achieve long-lasting health I had to go deeper and address the mental and emotional aspects of myself and not just physical pain. I had to stop listening to my inner critic constantly telling me negative things about myself, fueling my fears, my doubts, and self-sabotaging behavior. My determination to heal myself naturally led me through a journey of Complete Mind, Body and Emotional Wellness. I got the best trainings and certifications in diverse holistic techniques to help me heal from the inside out. I have traveled the world teaching yoga and wellness, leading retreats, trainings and workshops in places like Germany, Ireland, Canada, Peru, Ecuador, Greece, Bali, and all over the US. As a speaker and wellness expert, I've helped over 4,500 people worldwide improve their health, feel more confident, cultivate a positive mindset, and most importantly, start healing again.My message focuses on addressing the lack of confidence and clarity, low self-esteem, and that overwhelming feeling so many women face. I'm a Yoga and Power Pilates Teacher with over 1800 hours of training combined. I currently teach all level yoga classes and Pilates classes on the mat and equipment copen to the public and private clients.During my classes, I provide a safe learning environment, pay attention to detail, organize the exercises with precision and control and manage the different levels of students performance.

Inviting them to apply Yoga in all aspects of their lives and not just on the mat.
