Plan and execute the Technologic Park newsletter and keep our website and Social Media up to date; Be the interface between advertising agencies and the company; Prepare Sponsorship proposals; Work in team with Public Relations to develop and strengthen our brand; Produce internal and external communication; Plan and organize events, workshops, lectures and trainings; Create PowerPoint and Prezi presentations; Shooting events and editing images; Perform administrative tasks inherent to the role.

Write administrative reports; Produce internal marketing material and creative briefings; Create commercial proposal and presentations; Feed Microsiga database to support sales and communication.

Assist the communication between the Warranty team in the head office in Germany and branch in Brazil; Followup and update warranty claim processes; Processing and closing completed warranty claims; Produce monthly warranty stats reports

Interact with clients in a regular basis providing financial advice and offering the most suitable financial solutions and products; Open and maintain customers accounts; Process and validate financial transactions.
