Co-founder and Managing Partner at Matterscale Ventures, a venture capital firm launched by former Endeavor directors. The fund invests in early-stage startups offering high quality, affordable, and accessible services for the majority. Prior to Matterscale, as Managing Director of Endeavor in Colombia for 7 years, Adriana and her team built a network of 90 entrepreneurs from 52 startups including the top performing entrepreneurs in the country from companies such as Rappi, Platzi, Merqueo, Bold, La Haus, Robin Food, among others. Adriana also led the regional expansion launching local offices in Medellin and Barranquilla and supported different initiatives aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem. In 2016, Adriana became an angel investor and built a portfolio of 10 tech startups. Adriana also has extensive experience leading investment promotion strategies. As Executive Director of Invest in Bogota and manager of the investment arm at Procolombia, she supported the expansion strategies of a handful companies interested in landing in Colombia. Adriana has also experience as international trade negotiator.
