I’m glad you found your way here for some reason.For over twenty years, my mission has been to contribute to the transformation of people and companies in contexts that are sometimes imposed and sometimes need to be anticipated, challenging their maturity in change readiness. Topics such as ESG, Diversity and Inclusion, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and New Work Models are some of the areas I focus on.What makes me happy is knowing that I provide visions, alternatives, and methodologies — sometimes not obvious — that impact new and better ways to achieve results. It means ensuring that for the company, this translates into business objectives, and for people, it primarily results in personal and professional growth.Currently, I am the Director of People Management, Diversity, and Productivity at Firjan. As great as the responsibility of this position is, so is the mission to turn the ability to rethink, change, and act agilely into practical results, mobilizing leadership and teams.Some recent achievements that embody this journey are:- Implementation of the DE&I Policy, with positions and protocols for the entire company;- Development of training to improve change readiness for leaders and teams;- Crisis management in a cybersecurity incident with a contingency plan;- Planning and implementation of a new work model for the company.Curious, focused, and solution-oriented, my career has fostered competencies and skills such as leadership, conflict mediation, people and project management, as well as systemic and analytical thinking. This set of characteristics is an important ally when developing mentoring programs for both current and future leaders.In addition to Prosci and HUCMI certifications in Change Management, national and international training and experiences from INSEAD, Stanford, MIT, COPPE/CRIE, among others, have helped me become a professional with solid knowledge, while never diminishing my eternal enthusiasm for learning.
