For over four years, I have been working as a Contract Coordinator, overseeing Electronic and Patrimonial Security, as well as Facilities, at Grupo GPS – Regional Interior SP. Additionally, I create operational schedules and train the team to enhance the use of facilities equipment and machinery. From October 2017 to September 2020, I worked as a Supervisor of Electronic Security in São Paulo, where I was responsible for ensuring excellent service and productivity from the team. My role involved conflict management, talent retention, and acting as a communicator, motivator, and flexible leader, always striving to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.I supervised the quality monitoring of service, providing continuous support and guidance to the team, as well as performing detailed analysis of management reports. I was also responsible for updating control systems and productivity reports, conducting quality monitoring, and tracking agent performance indicators. I provided constructive feedback with a focus on continuous improvement in both monitoring and productivity.Additionally, I ensured that the team was always up to date with new services and fully trained in the use of work tools and systems. I directly addressed problem diagnosis and failures, proposing differentiated solutions for service improvement, and managed the request and control of access to systems used by the team.One of my main focuses was on the development and continuous training of team members, ensuring they were well-prepared to provide high-quality service and perform their duties efficiently.

I was also responsible for hiring and termination processes, onboarding new employees, and managing payments and benefits.Among my tasks, I handled shift schedules, coverage of posts, and procedure analysis, always aiming to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, I provided continuous feedback to the team, fostering professional development and improving performance. I regularly presented monthly and annual financial results, always seeking the best return for the company and ensuring full customer satisfaction.This experience was crucial for my development as a leader, enhancing my skills in team management and operational processes.

During this period, I developed key skills in efficient team management, process and contract analysis, always focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.In my final role at Siemens, I led the technical services team, focusing on monitoring service requests and performance indicators. My responsibilities included ensuring high-quality service delivery, continuously proposing process improvements that optimized costs and raised service standards.
