My current responsibility as CEO of SERENTI is to lead the #darparabrillar movement, aimed at inviting the leaders of organizations to be faithful companies with their purpose of giving and invite them to their personal and emotional development to create the abundance of their businesses from the serenity and well-being, being an example of the decent work that our country deserves. My development in social projects was more than 12 years ago, starting with the social assistance project for people at risk in remote communities of Edo. I currently support the 4th SDG to bring quality education and international methodologies to Mexican teachers from the #teachingtransformation project where we support the Villa Infantil Sonríe. My experience in facilitation & coaching is distinguished by guaranteeing a personalized empowerment to the goal of personal and professional growth of my client, where through experiences of emotional awareness, he will transform his decisions, from the abundance of a vision aligned to his essence of well-being, starting very young man to impart experiences of self-discovery at work for companies such as Mars, Mabe, Brose, Danone, among others. Good references from my clients have always been my greatest recognition. My experience as an international consultant in organizational and emotional well-being has allowed me to guide culture change and human development projects, these experiences being my inspiration for the birth of my first venture, with the DOYÁ Organizational Well-being brand, where we seek to create the bases for companies with healthy habits. The success of our well-being vision allowed me to meet Directors, Managers and Business Owners who have a human vision of business and seek tools to align with the requirements of decent work and be socially and sustainably responsible companies, which led me to decide also evolve our brand to SERENTI, now aligned with the Global Compact and 2030 Agenda for sustainable objectives. My professional path was from the beginning in the leadership of Human Resources. My first great success in the industry was building the Human Resources department from scratch and implementing the Talent Management and Human Development areas for the industry, beginning my leadership of the department at 25 years of age.I am a woman, cheerful, visionary and determined to create the decent work that my country deserves.My motto: "Give to shine."
