- Developed Alma’s brand book focused on the customer need to have tropical designs that an be worn for every occasion. Created brand logo, style and communication strategy to connect with Alma’s target persona
- Sourced fabrics internationally negotiating an average 5% lower wholesale price despite only working with SA 8000 (Social Responsible) certified manufacturers
- Built relations abroad, attended international trade shows such as Colombia Moda (Medellín), TEXWORLD USA (NYC) and Apparel Textile Sourcing (Miami) reaching out new fabric and manufacturing vendors
- Managed and supervised all operations of the company from sourcing materials to photoshoots direction, website (www.almaloving.com) & social media (@almaloving) development, workshop supervision & sales presentations
- Executed supply chain plan, including SKUs, barcodes and GS1 EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards in collaboration with Alice & Olivia Chief Operating Officer
