About Adriana Costa

Throughout my professional journey, you will find the defense of a single principle: creative vitality as health and otherness.In the beginning, my focus was on childhood, where this force is revealed through play. As a social entrepreneur, I developed the "Ônibus Ludicidade" project, a mobile toy library that promoted playfulness in communities and eventually became public policy, thanks to a network of partners and friends.In the second phase, I brought this energy of joy and solidarity to corporate social responsibility projects for various companies, resulting in the development of social organizations and the promotion of volunteerism.Over the past ten years, I have been working at Residência Criativa, where I have gathered all my experience to co-create a space for research on the power of creative processes, institutional democratization, and projects aimed at creating a city for people.
