I get so much satisfaction from clear, aesthetically-pleasing slides and spreadsheets – it’s the little things.I’m a client partner, trusted advisor, and business advocate with ten years of experience in digital marketing. I remove obstacles, distill key questions, contextualize challenges, and debate strategy. I’ll dive in and learn all that I can when faced with something new because I love learning, and I believe you learn by doing. As a people leader, I always have my team’s back and provide support as I encourage them to do the same. I probe and coach my team to deliver top quality work and achieve their own growth goals. It’s a joy to champion and amplify my team’s successes. My approach to work will always be colored by curiosity and the scrappy creativity of my first experiences in marketing and communications in the non-profit world - and I always have a project. Current non-work passions include viewing the world through the wonderstruck eyes of my toddlers, polishing my French language proficiency from my au pair days, and rekindling my first love of ballet as a teacher and coach. I love listening to podcasts and going for walks with my family and pup, and I can’t wait to travel to Portugal and Uruguay next.
