Creative Director
Creative Services Manager
As the Creative Services Manager, I oversee the creative strategy and content development for all business lines with a focus on corporate training initiatives.Since taking on this role, I've designed and developed successful interdisciplinary proposals that include training, coaching, consulting, and data analytics components for BMW, BMW Motorrad, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. An example is the BMW Dealer Technician Video program in which we train and coach technicians on how to create short, impactful videos for customers that highlight their repair work and recommendations for future maintenance. Internally, I've been the driving force behind increasing the Creative Team's output and capabilities by implementing new tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Canva, Premiere Pro) and expanding our bandwidth with new staff and vendors.
Content Developer
Much like my last company, this opportunity fell into my lap, and I couldn’t resist the chance to work with a former colleague in a fast-paced, growing environment. Since joining the rpc team, it’s been an adventure filled with leadership training, customer experience theories, keynote speeches, ATD sessions, and mind-blowing forays into data analytics. In my current role, I’ve been focused on expanding and elevating rpc’s training offerings. This includes developing and fine-tuning WBT courses, keynote speeches, video scripts and instructor-led content for Verizon, BMW, MINI and internal programs.
Creative Director
Following my brief six-month stint as a creative manager, I was promoted to Creative Director. This position further fueled my skill and passion for brainstorming “off-the-wall” ideas and pushed me to understand more about the creative process. As someone now in charge of leading graphic designers, videographers, production personnel and other writers, I embraced learning more about different crafts and how to blend them all together into cohesive and engaging event and training experiences. While there were certainly lots of challenges and growing pains along the way, it was a very rewarding experience to serve in this role and work alongside so many talented people. I became a better creative professional and leader as a result. It also showed me that I’m at my best and most energized when I’m surrounded by a team collaborating on cool new ways to present information. Some personal highlights I’m most proud of include: developing premium, interactive off-road experiences and content for large-scale vehicle launch training events for Toyota Tacoma and Land Rover Discovery Sport; writing scripts for numerous training and consumer-facing video initiatives for Toyota, Jaguar and Land Rover; and leading coordinated A/V presentations for high-ranking Toyota marketing executives.
Creative Manager / Communications Designer
As a recent college graduate, I eagerly started my role as Communications Designer and immediately immersed myself in writing product marketing collateral and training curriculum for Lexus, Toyota and BMW. My first projects were largely focused on developing slide decks, brochures and video scripts. I also jumped into educating myself about adult learning theories and participant engagement. With this newfound knowledge, I was lucky to be part of an awesome creative team that developed a new standard for innovative and interactive training curriculum for Toyota regional product trainers. In my first two years, I worked on product launches for Scion tC and Toyota RAV4, Tundra, Corolla, Highlander and Camry/Sienna/Yaris. It was truly a whirlwind experience, but one in which I learned a tremendous amount about how to execute premium and highly experiential events, write well-crafted training content, and the importance of excellent client service. After two years of earning my creative stripes, I was promoted to Creative Manager and took a more active role in editing content and contributing to strategy efforts for event and curriculum design.
