Grupo Skytex is a Venezuelan textile group that manufactures and markets their own brands. They also import European franchises in Venezuela and Panama and represents them.In this role I worked with their franchises Hunkemoller and Okaidi, as well as their own brands Estivaneli and Brands Shop. My responsibilities included:- Developed market plans and strategies for Panama and Venezuela- Coordinated and led marketing teams to achieve brand objectives- Evaluated ROI and KPIs, managing budgets, and defining cost and pricing parameters.- Overseeing product distributionAdditionally, I engaged in buyer-related activities, negotiating with vendors, assessing trends, and selecting samples for various brands, including luxury brands.

Grupo Dumit is a retail organization with its own brands and franchises in Venezuela. - I led the visual merchandising team for their brand Exotik, overseeing 17 stores across the country- Created visual merchandising guidelines for the brand- Designed store graphics, and managed social media visuals- Developed and produced brand photoshoots, from concept to styling- Supervised new store openings- Collaborated with the visual identity of other brands within the organization
