Owner and social media manager of Adventure Sports Tours

I enter data from a spreadsheet onto different insurance provider websites to find the cheapest possible option for customers. I generally call the customer at the end to lead them through the process of purchasing their insurance. I also translate from English to Bulgarian.

My job was to kindly greet customers then advise them on which products are best suited for them. It was my job to persuade them to purchase certain products to achieve strict daily targets. I also had to clean and organise the stock room, the shop floor and the staff room. I would also package deliveries for customers according to standards. A large part of the job involved working closely with the managers on the main goals of the day.
