• Reports to the Marketing Head• Coordinates with the different groups in the Region as well as Third Party Agencies for processing of Event Requirements • Monitors the progress of all Events Projects of Yahoo Philippines • Ensures follow through of all merchandising deals and proposals in order to expand brand visibility in strategic areas in accordance to company directives• Ensures timely delivery of all events logistics and set-up in accordance to the Event Venue Rules and Regulations• In-charge of the marketing collaterals design and distribution • Ensures proper placement of all Marketing collaterals for strategic branding• Ensures arrival/maintains rapport with different companies’ VIPs during Event for PR purposes• Manages guest list for all Events• In- charge of booking of Talents for Entertainment• In-charge of the Swag/Press Kit packaging and proper allocation and distribution to media executives• Responsible in processing all legal documents for partnership deals and co-branding projects
