With my talented team I am managing Vodafone Hungary's internal and external resourcing and employer branding activities. As senior resourcing specialist I was recruiting top talents for Vodafone Hungary mostly for senior and people manager roles such as sales, marketing, technology, IT, finance and other roles. I am also taking part in resourcing related projects.

In this project I am building reports in Workday (cloud based HR system) and implementing DocGenie (document generation system from Salesforce) for the African countries. Workday is offering a single integrated platform for people processes such as: Core HR, Reward, Talent, Benefits, On-boarding, People Analytics. My focus area is Core HR.

As a resourcing workstream lead, I was responsible for delivering a migration project from a recruitment perspective (migrating the HR SSC from UK to Hungary), making sure that the project is delivered in time, coordinating the work of the Recruitment Agency, leading a team of two who supported the recruitment. We delivered 10 ACs (assessment centres) within one month and during the project we hired 30 candidates for our new HR SSC. I took part on the management meetings, prepared weekly reports as the lead for the resourcing workstream. Meanwhile I was involved in planning the second phase of this migration. I took part in the analyzing and planning stages of the project.
