I’m currently working as a Field Engineer for MasTec Renewables on a 345 MW solar project in Rogers, Texas. I recently graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2023 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Engineering Project Management. It has been an aspiration of mine since I was young to become an engineer. Throughout my academic career, I have been consistently praised as a hard-working individual by my peers. I have developed my skills and abilities of communication, leadership, versatility, loyalty, and oral presentation skills through the organizations I am a part of and volunteering events I have helped host. I have had the opportunity to attend a study abroad in Paris where I was tasked to work with French students to work as project managers to help bring a new metro station to life. We were able to work on our problem-solving skills with the planning of the project and troubleshooting while also having the creative freedom to create an innovative project. I’ve also been able to work with students at Texas A&M to improve their oral presentation and written report abilities while also helping create better time management and be more detail-oriented.
