With the aid of a grant from the Spnish Ministry of Education, I carried out a basic research placement in the field of Neurophysiology, where I:• Practiced perfusions on goldfish and used the Cryostat to cut the brains. Then stained the slices with immunohistochemical techniques and used the Confocal Microscope to take pictures.• Learned to do electrophysiology recordings on zebrafish embryos using the Confocal microscope and on goldfish using optical microscope.
