My principal rol is in Mexico was as an Account Manager, with responsibility over +40 customers (from Mexico, USA, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Spain, India, Netherland, Sweden and UK) and in charge of +10 people on my team.Some of my principal activities inside of TMF were reviewing the Financial and Tax information provided by my team, to be delivered to the customers, and also give the proper feedback to the people that may needed it, we are normally in charge of the bank accounts of our customers, the legal representative, fiscal address, and also PoA for all the needed matters. Also I always look for the improvement, changing processes that maybe not are the best (everything is perfectible). I am used to have calls with my clients from all over the globe. During my professional practice I had the opportunity to work with people from another countries, and that gave me more vision over the bussines outside the Mexican borders. Another of my duties in TMF was to avoid any trouble or any issue by being a team of action, not of reaction.Another of my principal activity was to lead the Onboarding process of the new entities established on Mexico, since the Incorporation Deed, oppening bank accounts, design the guidlines to the service to be rendered, the flow of the information, and the business requirements for each customers, to get up and running the entities.In other words, my job is to be the CFO of each customer, to let them do their business and let them just concern about their core bussines.
