Events DirectorNahrep Twin Cities Jan 2022 - PresentThe Events Director acts as the primary contact with NAHREP® National Staff. The Event Director assists in the development and management of local chapter events in accordance with NAHREP® National’s event strategy and guidelines. The Events Director monitors and reports on the performance of event activities and identify areas of improvement. The Events Director willgive specific attention relating to promotion of the events, brand presence, and specific challenges relating to member participation and recruitment. The Events Director will liaise with the Membership and Marketing directors regarding messaging to ensure that all communication supports the overall NAHREP® brand, and ensures a successful event. In liaison with the CRM, the Events Director manages the event budget within agreed parameters and department objectives. The CRM and/or NAHREP® National will be named in all contracts and invoices. The Events Director will identify sponsorship opportunities and assist National Staff with the implementation and management of a consistent methodology of event sponsors. Event Director to lead and coordinate all event-related volunteer positions ensuring that each event is properly executed by volunteers. -
