• I am responsible for the general management of the unit, for all Undergraduate and Graduate courses, in the On-campus and Distance Learning modalities. I lead a team of ~ 30 people (collaborators and teachers) and 400 students. I support the areas of Marketing, People and Management, Educational Design, Support and IT, Controllership, and Coaching.• I have frequently achieved the goals of improving quarterly satisfaction and student retention rates.• I work in compliance with the legal requirements of MEC, having achieved, together with my team, since 2015, excellent grades for the institution's undergraduate courses.• Some projects we developed, aimed at the construction and expansion of the ECDD brand: Infnet Institute's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, ECDD Producer, Integra Program, Triad - Schools Production Center, Marketing and Gamification laboratories, events and partnerships with NGOs, and companies in general.

I lecture distance classes for the course “Design Thinking for Product and Service Innovation” at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology / Emeritus). In Brazil, I am responsible for conducting online lectures, interactive meetings and guiding the pitches of the projects developed.

• I conceived and produced the first internet events in Brazil (on web design, technology, innovation, and digital media) in the 10 main capitals of the country - more than 300 congresses held with national and international speakers.• I developed a strong relationship with the major players in the market: Microsoft, Apple, Locaweb, Uol, PagSeguro, Globo.com, among others. Annually, I negotiated the marketing budget for sponsoring Arteccom products (~ 250k with each partner).• I created journals such as magazines Webdesign, TI Digital and Wide, in addition to events and training, to support the growth of the digital market in the country, through the sharing of content by the managers of the largest agencies in Brazil and in the world.• I led a team of approximately 12 people in RJ, in addition to managing other teams and outsourced providers remotely in the main Brazilian capitals (RJ, SP, MG, DF, RS, SC, PR, BA, PE, CE).

I led the creative team, developing projects and campaigns, responding for all institutional communication and visual identity for departments and events in general.

I was responsible for the branding of the brand's 20 stores, including visual identity, packaging, campaigns and website, leading the creative team.
