• Design project proposals and innovation programs oriented to sustainable economic and businesses development to create value and increase competitiveness with the use of innovation methodologies with a gender equality perspective.• Provide orientation and senior advise to businesses, innovation projects and 4RI initiatives to maximize their impact.• Mentoring entrepreneurs to finance their businesses and projects.

• Support the INM Director and Deputy Directors in planning encompasses the development of strategic planning documents for INM, the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Tourism and National Planning Department.• Develop, coordinate and articulate the annual budget priorities and goals; and represent the INM at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit to get financial resources approved. • Lead development and reporting of key performance indicators and other instruments to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements. • Identify, develop and follow programs and projects supported by technical and financial international cooperation.• Chief of INM's quality management system, manage organization processes, and coordinate internal program reviews and external peers evaluations to maintain or improve Colombia's calibration and measurement capabilities at international framework.• Lead continuous improvement, innovation, transparency, and accountability of INM's initiatives: -Enhance coordination among public policies and corporate strategies, actions, and main indicators. -Design actions for a better understanding and applicability of INM's research results for industry, services, and agricultural sectors. -Begin the main corporate alignments to incorporate new technologies (4IR) to institutional strategic plan.

• Develop strategic management and budgeting planning processes for assurance of Fondo Emprender operation. - Conduct accreditation, evaluation, starting up, auditing and follow up procedures for more than 650 entrepreneurs. - Contribute to develop I+D actions to improve the Fondo Emprender purpose. - Promote Fondo Emprender articulation with other institutions at Colombia’s entrepreneurship ecosystem such as Agrosavia, Confecamaras, among others.• Design and develop a mechanism to identify main affectations, resulting from the pandemic Covid19, in plans approved by the Fund that were starting their operation. • At the pandemic framework, I led virtualization of procedures, protocols, and different requirements to finance entrepreneurs with seed capital mechanism. This activity includes audit and follow key performance indicators.

• Design and implement regulatory, institutional, and operational framework of FITIC in Bogota.• Establish strategic plan, programs, users, and key performance indicators of FITIC; and build alliances at national and international level to develop innovation processes in businesses and scale up new ventures.• Set FITIC strategic emphasis and programs (8): promote business growth (sale and income), and private investment in fast growing ventures (5 equity investments in one year); facilitate 4RI technologies adoption in medium and small businesses in Bogota, with financial resources and mentoring service (businesses increased their productivity up to 150% and sales up to 60%); and support innovation processes in micro, small and medium businesses with financial resources, canalized through financial system (collateral and lower interest rate), and provide specialized services with universities and research and technological centers.• Generate national and international alliances to leverage financial resources to FITIC up to US$13 million.

• Plan and execute strategic activities and services to promote entrepreneurship, and new firms growth .• Participate in conceiving, designing, implementing, and operating CCB´s New Model of Business Services. Head the portfolio and protocols to supply services to entrepreneurs and fashion industry to build and deliver value through innovation methodologies, business strategy, marketing, financial management, and quality management. In addition, I was in charge of leading the mentoring of entrepreneurs and firms in fashion industry, and coordinate the consultants team. • Build successful strategic alliances with associations, national and local governmental institutions, and higher education institutions to complement CCB`s portfolio.

• Design policies, strategies, programs, and alliances to promote entrepreneurship and business competitiveness in Bogota. Some of the initiatives leaded were Bogota Emprende, and sectorial initiatives in tourism, graphic industry, creative and culture industry, apparel, footwear, leather garments and jewelry.• Lead first research on Bogota´s entrepreneurship ecosystem in order to identify and characterize its interactions, type of supported ventures, and effectiveness.• Promote one of the most important entrepreneurship programs in Colombia with the assistance of Barcelona Activa, with free access and services, when Bogota barely had services for entrepreneurs and start ups. • Allied with the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, I create a program oriented to help unserved people (70% women) become economically self-sufficient: individual training and tutoring throughout the process; expert advise from mentors; and personalized strategies to develop skills to finance ventures.• Create strategic alliances with the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, Universidad de los Andes, asociations (ANDIGRAF, ACICAM, ACDModa), and Artesanias de Colombia.
