About Adriana Martins

I am an unstoppable engineer, that is always learning, developing itself and looking for the next challenge to solve. Nowadays, I have more than 15 years experience, have generated millions for the companies and clients that I worked for. So, I have supported them on having success in their objectives of expansion, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), operational efficiency, go-to-market strategy and business transformation. In all companies that I passed and served, always highlighted myself for conducting high-performance multifunctional teams, reaching challenge targets and delivering results with excellence. Have been consistently recognized for being a great leader and orchestrator of strategic plans, acting and conducting decisions to the C-level. In Yara Fertilizers, have guided the business/ digital transformation of the Order to Cash process, integrating order management process (Customer Services / Commercial), and promoting automatizations and self-services to customers. In just one year, I drove the team to achieve a service level increase in 12% and an increase of 20% os more customers using self-services in the Customer Portal. In Mosaic Fertilizers, I participated of two M&A process, since market analysis, due diligence, deals, until the final integration and synergies capture. I lead the project office, conducting all PMO governance and rituals, controlling scope, risks, deadline, quality and status reports for the C-level. I was a key piece for the synergies capture of 80 MUSD in the 1st year post M&A, leading actively the workstreams of supply chain, operations and procurement. Nowadays, my goal is to prepare to achieve an executive position, managing complex projects and programs , developing high performance teams and delivering high value results. . I have done that through an executive mentoring, by strengthening my positive skills and working on the “under developing ones”. Besides that, I am preparing myself for PMP certification.
