Throughout my career, I have harbored a relentless entrepreneurial spirit. By day, I served as an employee for others, and by night, I channeled my energy into nurturing my own business. This restive drive spurred a ceaseless quest for self-improvement, underpinned by the understanding that the ability to swiftly adapt is paramount in our fast-paced world.Today, I dedicate a significant portion of my time to giving back to the community. As a certified HeartMath® Technology trainer, I conduct leadership seminars designed to assist executives grappling with the challenge of forging meaningful connections with their teams. The accomplishments I have achieved thus far fill me with pride, yet I remain eager to continue my journey of growth and contribution.Despite rapid technological advancements, the core principles of leadership remain steadfast. I built "Digi Foto" as a twenty-something year old that believed in herself and in the idea that entrepreneurship was my right of passage to becoming great. I didn't realize just how much I would learn about myself and about how to build a team. On my first big contract with the city of Las Vegas, I bought all my photographer's business cards, polo shirts and took them out to a very expensive restaurant. (not within my budget at the time)I had a lot to learn about employee engagement and retention. Needless to say, I made out pretty good and moved on to consulting. Technology was moving rapidly and because I have studied and learned to be an "exponential thinker" I pivoted to becoming a trainer and consultant.
