My responsibilities in Talent Management were focused on attracting and developing talent and the strategic allocation of them in projects in Mexico and the United States.My main responsibilities in the Finance field involved planning and finance management, flow control, billing, collection, and tax returns.Both areas have been very strategic and of high impact on the growth of the company in recent years.

As COO I had a strategic stake for the organization to reach the certification CMMI Level 3.

As Managing Director I was responsible for finance, billing and collections, and expenditures.

After founding the company in 1997, I participated for several years in software development projects for various corporate clients.

I have participated in teaching courses for software development with Microsoft technologies such as Visual Basic in the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas.

Prior to AXEN's foundation, I collaborated in ABASIS, from Grupo Financiero ABACO. My participation in this company was mainly in software development projects for Banca Confía and ABA Seguros.
