Participating in the business incubation program of the European Space Agency (ESA BIC) in the Czech Republic, where I worked on assessing the technical and commercial feasibility of the MeteoInsight solution. This collaboration broadened my managerial and project planning skills.___My key responsibilities:👉 Commercial assessment: Interviewing industry stakeholders and analyzing user requirements.👉 Planning: Crafting a product development plan, fundraising projections, and allocating budgets.👉 HR: Conducting contractor research, selection and hiring to ensure timely prototype delivery.___After successfully graduating from the ESA BIC Czech Republic, our startup needed to refine the value proposition and explore technological development opportunities for the MeteoInsight solution. I played a key role in preparing a proposal and securing the ESA contract for the Climate-proofing of buildings, which allowed us to do just that.

Participating in the Earth Observation Entrepreneurship Initiative of the European Space Agency (ESA EOEI), where I developed a comprehensive proposal for a digital solution harnessing the power of satellite environmental measurements for implementing renewables by the real estate sector. ___My responsibilities involved:👉 Managing execution of ESA EOEI contract.👉 Researching challenges and satellite data-enabled solutions for deploying renewables.👉 Analyzing market dynamics and gaining insights into the competitive landscape.👉 Creating a solution implementation plan.👉 Preparing proposal & securing ESA BIC contract.___After successfully completing the ESA EOEI program, I prepared a proposal, secured the ESA BIC contract, and was admitted for business incubation with MeteoInsight solution.

My responsibilities involved:👉 Mediating cooperation between NASA and private space companies.👉 Carrying out an opportunity assessment for infrastructure monitoring using satellites and drones.___Additionally, while at NASA, I collaborated with my ISU peers to prepare and submit a proposal to the Earth Observation Entrepreneurship Initiative of the European Space Agency. Upon my return to Europe, I secured the ESA EOEI contract and was admitted to the program.
