My passion for finance is fed by my insatiable curiosity about what separates successful companies from unsuccessful ones. What makes them different? How can I tell them apart? Well, I remember one of my earliest thoughts was to measure their performance and thus took the first step of many towards trying to figure it out. This journey led me to become a seasoned investment professional with significant experience in corporate finance, project finance, investment banking and portfolio management. My quest to know more allowed me to travel the world while developing a core expertise in evaluating the financial condition of businesses or projects and proposing optimal financing structures for these entities based on their particular growth phase and business cycle. My academic and professional experiences have allowed me to hone my skills and specialties to include financial analysis, capital raising, investment structuring, negotiation of term sheets and documentation.
