Requesting tenders, selecting preferred suppliers, negotiating contracts, developing relationships and coordinating resource.• Developed and maintained key relationship with raw material suppliers, influencing raw material design. Enabling the business to stay at the forefront of formulation technology.• Established a robust process to support the R&D CAPEX programme ensuring all CAPEX expense was justified and traceable.• Project managed the registration of new products at Fujifilm Imaging Colorants. Working with legislators to shape new policy and understand the impact on Inkware products.• Presented at The Big Picture Conference & Exhibition, Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, FL, 10th to 13th October 2001.• Used gauge R&R principles to improve the measurement of viscosity using a Zhan cup. Reducing the signal to noise ratio. It also allowed the implementation of statistical process control enabling analysts to know when the Zhan cup was out of specification.• Developed a polyurethane coating for banner vinyl that extended outdoor durability of a printed image by 2 years.
