• Developed a cyan, magenta, yellow and black UV cure ink technology platform. Ensuring the polymer properties of the cured film met the application requirements.

• Inkware representative on the health and safety of wide format inkjet systems industrial consortium. Working with legislators to shape new policy and understand the impact on Inkware products.
• Presented at The Big Picture Conference & Exhibition, Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, FL, 10th to 13th October 2001.
• Used gauge R&R principles to improve the measurement of viscosity using a Zhan cup. Reducing the signal to noise ratio. It also allowed the implementation of statistical process control enabling analysts to know when.
