Hello! My name is Adrian Malone, and I am currently a junior studying Human Capital Management & Leadership and Psychology at Miami University's Farmer School of Business and College of Arts and Science. I am an ambitious and organized student with a diverse range of 8+ years of experience in customer service, event coordination, and educational support, and I have a proven ability to enhance operational efficiency, deliver exceptional client experiences, and maintain a welcoming environment. Throughout my diverse experience in professional environments, I have become adept at building relationships and working collaboratively in team settings while also excelling in independent tasks. Driven by a passion for supporting the mental health, well-being, and personal success of others, I aspire to pursue a career in school counseling, community engagement, or program management.While attending school, I work as a Student Assistant in the Miami University Center for Career Exploration and Success. As someone who has greatly benefitted from their services during my time here, I have an excitement to encourage other students to get involved with their programs. This position involves assisting the staff and student body in scheduling appointments and helping the center to run smoothly. During the summer of 2023, I began working as a Day of Coordinator for Everhart Gathering Place, and I currently hold this position. As a Day of Coordinator, I am responsible for making sure that our clients' needs are met on the day of their special event. This position has and will continue to allow me to exercise my passion for creativity while simultaneously building my networking, communication, and management skills.In addition to these positions, I am pleased to provide piano performance and event services. These events include, but are not limited to, weddings, funerals, banquets, concerts, theatrical productions, etc. Over the past 16 years, I have worked to hone in on my skills through solo vocal accompaniment, choral accompaniment, and solo performance in both formal and informal settings. Throughout my life thus far, I have learned that music is a gateway in which friendships are formed and connections are built. I always look forward to sharing my passion for music with others!
