Accelerated Connections Inc., was an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) servicing distributed enterprise customers across Canada with managed connectivity solutions, VoIP and Datacenter Services. In March 2018 ACI was acquired by GTT Communications, Inc., a global provider of connectivity services.- Involved in strategic planning and data migration efforts from the legacy ACI Systems (Salesforce, Engage) to the new GTT CRM (“CMD”).- Created documentation for various systems and processes to help with the integration of the two companies.- Directed the consolidation of our VOICE Vendors and VOICE platforms. - Oversaw all IT Operations and IT Infrastructure for the company- Led the organizational divestment and the OneConnect takeover process alongside the CEO and CFO. Managed the integration of OneConnect into ACI. This included: o Service and product consolidations with roadmaps aligned with industry and customer trends o Consolidation of Systems and IT Operations o Datacenter migrations / consolidations o Team/personnel integrations and coaching o Logical and physical architecture solution designs

- Executed alongside the CEO and CFO the M&A strategies, screening, due diligence and integration of our company’s mergers and acquisitions.- Procured and deployed our next generation Voice platforms (SIP Trunk Platform and HPBX)- Led the build of a new 5000 sq. ft Datacenter at 35 John St.- Orchestrated the split of the network infrastructure and service offerings over 2 datacenters for additional redundancy and resiliency.- Instrumental in attaining SSAE16 SOC2 Type II compliance for the Datacenter.- Augmented the existing 3G/LTE offering by introducing an additional M2M Vendor This allowed us to offer extended area coverage for our existing customers.- Migrated of our legacy in-house CRM to Salesforce- Instrumental in the deployment of our Quote to Cash System in Salesforce.

- Built the first 3G Cross-Canada Machine to Machine (M2M) APN for ACI. This allowed us to introduce wireless failover services for our business customers with great success. - Expanded our MPLS product portfolio to include Fiber, DSL, Wireless, LTE and COLO.- Built, managed and maintained the product lifecycle for the VPN Cluster offering (Managed VPN) along with the technical documentation to support the product across the organization

- Introduced the company’s first training program for the Helpdesk/Technical Support team complete with a testing methodology.- Introduced and documented the first processes for the Helpdesk/Technical Support team. These included: RMA processes, Escalation and Support flows for the entire team and work-flows for various troubleshooting scenarios.- Conducted regular employee reviews.- Coached and mentored members of my team and helped them achieve performance standards set by the organization- Addressed internal and external escalations for any technical issues.- Managed the build of our datacenter suite at 151 Front St. Worked with Cable Vendors, UPS vendors, Rack vendors and AC vendors to name a few- Responsible for the upgrade of the in-house CRM System to the next major version.

- Performed on-site desktop support for enterprise customers (Windows 2000 Workstations, Windows XP, MS Office suite). - Installed and maintained Windows 2000 and 2003 Servers - Implemented and ran multiple Citrix Environments with thin clients connecting the Citrix server farms (running various custom applications as well as MS Office.)- Managed multiple WAN Private networks (Frame and ATM primarily). - Implemented and managed load balancing solutions utilizing Radware.
