I lead the occupier sector for project management at JLL across the UK. By combining with complimentary JLL services (such as tenant representative, workplace design and construction) we provide innovative and insightful project management solutions which add value by integrating with other JLL expertise and market intelligence.

My current role is Head of Projects Sales and Solutions at JLL for EMEA, leading the development of customised capital projects solutions for corporate clients within EMEA and across the globe. I have extensive knowledge and experience of programme management offices, as well as both agent and principal project management solutions. This means I am able to advise on the establishment of strategic capital programmes, and how to use these to deliver strategic goals such as portfolio carbon reduction and 'return to work'. At the heart of what I do is technology, embedding technology tools to digitise our services and make them easier to use as a customer and more intuitive when it comes to making real estate decisions. Prior to joining the Solutions Development team in March 2020, I was Head of the UK Project & Development Management Services business for workplace fit out at JLL. My experience has been formulated in leading a broad range of commercial development and occupier projects, and the teams who deliver them, which gives me a well-rounded perspective of the global real estate from all parts of the market.
